HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP OUT ORDERS?
We process orders crazy fast! We want you to get your stuff as quickly as possible. Orders received before 9 am (EST) weekdays will ship out that same business day (even Saturdays!). Orders received any time after 10 am (EST), Saturday & Sunday, will ship out the following Monday morning (the next business day).
HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Our free shipping includes USPS First class, and usually takes from 3-5 business days. If you want faster shipping, we offer these shipping upgrades for other options for USPS Priority Mail Upgrade (takes from 2-3 business days), FedEx Ground, and UPS Next Day Air. Paying extra for FedEx or UPS might not make sense if you are ordering over the weekend on Fridays or Saturdays, as the pickup usually doesn't happen until Mondays. Please also note that FedEx packages can not be delivered to P.O. boxes. Thank you for your patience!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: DISCONTINUED
Due to current events, we will no longer be shipping internationally. We hope to resume international orders eventually, but right now have decided to keep orders domestic. We may be able to ship fixed blades and other items to Canada, but all other mail carriers have proven to be too unreliable during this global pandemic.

We ship out via USPS First Class (3-5 business days) or Priority mail (2-3 business days). If your package is exceptionally heavy, we may automatically send it via UPS, FedEx Ground or FedEx Smart Post. Please note that FedEx packages can not be delivered to P.O. boxes.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed. It will show up right in your email inbox, as well as in your account area (if you chose to create an account password during checkout).
