Usually, products ship the same or the next business day (Monday through Friday).  We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. If a product you have ordered is out-of-stock by our error, we will contact you immediately to process a full refund or work out the details with you to get more stock replenishment.  You may also cancel your order at any time, prior to shipping.  We do not take back-orders, except upon request.  Our wishlist feature (on any product detail page) is a free tool you can use to keep track of an out-of-stock item that you were interested in.
