All sales are final - but there are a few exceptions:
- We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 14 days of receipt.
- Fulfillment mistakes such as the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
- We will even provide you with a free return shipping label if the issue was our fault.
- Orders can only be cancelled and refunded if contact is made prior to order shipment.
- If your order has already been shipped, the above return policy applies.
- You will always receive an email with your order tracking number, as soon as you order has shipped. If you do not, please check your bulk mail folder, or reach out to us for help.
We are a small family business, so we do not offer free returns without any question. "Buyer's remorse" returns are unacceptable and are a huge waste of everyone's time and energy. Please read item descriptions carefully, prior to purchase, so that you can be absolutely sure of what you're buying. We work hard at total transparency, quality, and product accuracy.
