Arena Accessories stands behind the quality of our products and the service we provide. Our goal is to resolve eligible issues clearly, fairly, and efficiently.

Return Eligibility
All sales are final except in the following cases:
  • Items that arrive defective due to manufacturing or workmanship issues

  • Fulfillment errors, such as receiving an incorrect item

Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or preference-based reasons.

Return Window
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to report any issue eligible for return or exchange.

Condition Requirements
Approved returns must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, uncarried, and unaltered

  • Item is returned in its original packaging

  • Item is safely packaged for return shipment

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Defective or Incorrect Items 
If your item arrives defective or incorrect:

  • Photo or video proof of the issue is required

  • Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided

  • A replacement or refund option will be offered

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is covered by Arena Accessories for approved defective items or fulfillment errors. Returns are not accepted for any other reasons.

Refund Method & Processing Time
Approved refunds may be issued as either:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or

  • Store credit

Refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges
Approved exchanges are reshipped within 24 business hours after the returned item is received.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled and refunded only if we are contacted before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, this return policy applies.

Domestic Coverage
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico only. Orders shipped outside these areas are considered final sale.

Customer Support
If an issue arises outside the return window, we are still happy to offer product support via phone or email whenever possible.
