SRM 7228L-MB1 Large Micarta with 10Cr15CoMoV Steel
The Larger Version of the 7228 Sanrenmu Everyday Carry EDC Knife
If you thought the 7228 was too small for you, then check out a larger version of this cool design! There is no need to break these in, as they come with a great feel right out of the box.
The reversible left or right-handed, tip-up carry are also sure to please all lefties (no tools needed to change it, either - just a pinch and pull).
Sanrenmu/ SRM blades are heat treated with a fine heating process and also have a special cryogenic treatment to improve edge retention, hardness, toughness and corrosion resistance.
The
properties of the 10Cr15CoMoV steel that this knife has, are very comparable to the properties of VG-10 steel.
