If you're looking for a simple, concealed-carry fixed blade to have at hand (for either utility, or self defense) you might want to consider this Sanrenmu 7132. Whether you want a backup blade for self-defense, or just to defend yourself against unopened boxes... this is an amazing EDC alternative to a folding knife.
The best part about this model is the belt holster can different angles to adjust to your favorite style of carry.
It allows you the option to carry it on your belt in just about angle, with its rotating belt clip. Each of the 9 positions lock firmly in place. This blade has a secure fit in its holster, with a firm click. Removing the knife from the sheath is as simple as grabbing the G10 wrapped handle and applying some pressure with your thumb on the ridged/jimped spot on the sheath.
A ball chain is also supplied, if you'd like to use it as a concealed neck knife.
