We offer FREE USPS DOMESTIC USA SHIPPING (on all orders $49.95 and over)! Orders under $49.95 will be set to a flat rate of only $5 (which is less than cost).
PROCESSING TIMES: Most orders will ship out on the same or next business day, provided that the product ordered is in stock. Getting you your order as fast as possible, is very important to us! We usually only ship on business days, but we sometimes choose to ship out orders on Saturday mornings, if possible. Orders are never processed or shipped on Sundays. We are on Eastern time, so if it is still early in the day in your time zone, we may already be closed for the day in CT. We do our part to ship out orders as fast as humanly possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
CARRIERS USED: We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. If your order has special circumstances, we may also automatically send it via UPS or FedEx. UPS and FedEx packages cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES: USPS Ground Advantage mail usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive, and Priority mail usually takes 2-3 business days. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider these shipping or transit times only as an estimate, due to possible carrier delays.
TRACKING: You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed. It will show up right in your email inbox as soon as we have processed the order, as well as in your account area (if you chose to create an account password during checkout). Check your bulk mail folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes of ordering. If you need help at any time, please contact us.
MISSING PACKAGES: If your package goes missing or undelivered, we ask that you wait at least 3-4 weeks for it to play out. Contact us as soon as you suspect that your package may be delayed, and we will do our best to open up a status update from USPS. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered by the carrier. Any parcel that has gone missing that was scanned "delivered" at your address and you have not received it. Sometimes postal carriers make mistakes, and mark packages as delivered prematurely. When that happens, usually it arrives within a day or two. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier and report that the item was not delivered and request an investigation. In the event that a package was misdelivered, every delivery scan is embedded with GPS coordinates by USPS. At that point, please contact us and we will open up an insurance claim with USPS. This is only possible if USPS confirms that the package was misdelivered. If the delivery is confirmed by the carrier after speaking with a local post office manager or postmaster general, sadly there is nothing else we do. We suggest you contact your local police and report the theft and figure out a way to prevent this from happening again in the future.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Canada ONLY - for SELECT ITEMS
We do ship select items to Canada (such as fixed blade knives, which are allowed by Canada customs) but orders need to be placed by phone (1.860.385.4527). We do not ship internationally anywhere else and cannot ship disassembled folding knives or knife parts kits. We will not fulfill orders to USA based freight-forwarders. Orders to freight forwarding services will be cancelled and refunded.
