Could Be Better
This knife is very attractive and M-Tech as a company is fairly hit and miss, I was really hoping this would be a hit. 8Cr13MoV is above par for M-Tech and micarta handles are always a choice I love, and the blade came RAZOR sharp, but sadly, it has problems. Problem #1: The lockbar tension is INTENSE, making it impossible to flip out and hard to even deploy slowly one-handed. I have Tri-ad locks from Cold Steel that aren't even 50% are tight. Problem #2: The knife has slight bladeplay in every direction, and tightening the pivot screw to eliminate it only furthers the issue of speedy deployment. For the money, you can just do better, but you can also do worse.
