We always recommend thread-locker such as Vibra-Tite gel, and a torx bit set to tune any balisong that you purchase.  This one is no exception.  It's really easy to do, and thread locker is widely available at your local department or hardware store for under $5.  We do carry thread-locker gel in our store.  It will save you a lot of aggravation from losing screws in the long run.
