Combining a box-cutter razor knife with an OTF out-the-front, the run does an incredible job at becoming your next favorite EDC that you will never have to resharpen. The action, fit, and finish, on this OTF knife are all exceptional. This is a fun little piece for your knife collection. The handle on this little out-the-front offers a contoured grip for comfortable everyday cutting tasks. It's ready to eat through your daily cardboard and box-cutting workflow and might even be up to part for some sheetrock slicing on that next weekend project. This knife model could be considered CA / "Cali-legal" for everyday carry in terms of the exposed edge portion of the blade, which measures in at 1.25" inches (the standard length of a trapezoid shaped utility blade is longer than 2" inches, when removed from the blade holder). Choose from either black, blue, green, or orange anodized finishes.

The Runt's QUICK-CHANGE blade holder is compatible with all major utility blade brands. Its updated blade holder now has a built-in rear spring to keep the utility blade extra tight in its holder. To replace the razor blade, gently push the upper blade-holder tab with your thumb and slide the old blade in or out.

Resharpening traditional pocket knives gets to be an annoying chore - which is why more and more of our customers are adding utility-blade models to their regular EDC rotation. Standard trapezoid-shaped utility razor blades are widely available and can be bought in bulk for just pennies. Action video clips will be added to this page soon. Please use discretion when using this type of knife on a lot of box tape. Always be sure to check the blade for stuck on pieces of tape or glue residue, prior to retracting the blade back into the handle. This will keep your knife operating at its best and prevent you from having to take it apart for additional cleaning and added maintenance.
